      Hi, it’s important to me because it contributes to society. Transport, power, connectivity, space travel, life saving medical equipment all involved engineers. Engineers make something happen whuch benefit us.

      Its what gets things working. it makes a difference, its contributions help us all each and every day. Look around you, what hasn’t been engineered in some way??
