  Hi 758smaj25,
  
  I have two ideas I’d like to work on. One, is to organise meeting with students, either on my workplace or in their school to talk about why you should become take a career in STEM. There are many opportunities that are not known and it would be great to share those with you and trigger yout interest. Science and engineering are fun and I really want to show you that.
  My other idea is to create a blog to talk about the life of a woman engineer. There is a lot already in the news about gender bias and gender balance and not all experiences are the same. I would like to tell earnestly my story, the good and the bad sides, and involve young women and young men in the discussion to try and impact the next generation in the hope that will not hear about gender discrimination in the future.
