      Emily, Tilda,
That is easy to answer; I created a thing called a graft-stent. This is a textile tube with a thin, spring wire support embroidered on the outside of the tube. This goes into a small plastic tube (about 8mm diameter) and is inserted into one of the large blood vessels, the Aorta. The reason for this is to treat an aneurysm, which is a dangerous swelling of the blood carrying vessel. So, a fantastic reward is to see a someone who has this device inside them and that device has literally saved the persons life; Its a seriously good feeling !
