Question: Can you use any type of graphics card on any type of computer because i'm thinking of making one with 4 amd radeon, if i do make it with that many will the mother board get fried or anything like that

  You need to check compatibility. I would use 4 AMD Crossfire GPU’s working in parallel for improved gaming performance. You would need a crossfire motherboard and bridge interconnects for each GPU. You need to bare in mind the additional heat, noise and power the additional cards will draw.
